What makes Odd Bunch produce 'odd'?
Our produce is perfectly delicious and nutritious but might look a little different. This includes fruits and vegetables that are slightly oversized, undersized, or have minor cosmetic imperfections that prevent them from being sold in traditional supermarkets.
How do you ensure the quality of the food?
Quality is our top priority. While our produce may have unique shapes or colors, we have a strict inspection process to ensure everything we ship is fresh, firm, and safe to eat. We never ship produce that is moldy or spoiled.
Where do you deliver and what are the shipping costs?
We currently deliver to most metropolitan areas. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.99, or free on all subscription orders over $50. You can check your specific zip code on our 'Delivery Zones' page.
Can I customize the contents of my box?
To help reduce waste and keep prices low, our boxes are curated based on what is seasonally available from our farm partners. However, you can set 'exclusions' in your account profile to ensure you never receive items you are allergic to or dislike.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Since our products are perishable, we cannot accept physical returns. However, if any item arrives damaged or in poor condition, please take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or credit toward your next box.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
