Odd Bunch Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our produce, we cannot accept physical returns; however, if your delivery arrives damaged or incomplete, we are committed to making it right through credits or replacements.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Box
Check your produce immediately upon arrival and document any quality issues or missing items with clear photographs.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and the photos of the affected items.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days to determine if the items meet our 'Odd but Good' quality standard.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, a pro-rated refund or store credit will be applied to your account, or a replacement will be sent in your next scheduled delivery.
